Will I meet you beforehand?

Of course! We will always request a consultation with you before using any of our services. This usually last around 30 mins.

Do you offer extended walks?

What happens if there is an emmergency?

The first call will be to you (the owner) to discuss the situation and get a plan of action. If we can not get hold of you and veterinary attention is required, we will take your pet straight to your vet or the nearest to our nearest location depending on the emergency.

How secure are my keys with you?

Your key will be kept in a secure place and completely seperate from any personal information. No key can be identified to specific property. In the event of your key being lost or stolen we will advise you. Your personal information will never be sold or discussed with any 3rd parties. We are bound by the Data Protection Act.

Pet services include dog walking, pet visits, pet taxi and holiday horse cover.
